      Are the seats side by side if I book several?

      Yes. All seats in the same order are assigned side-by-side in the chosen category.

      Yes. We operate with a secure flow and anti-duplicate control. The QR codes are unique, traceable, and valid for entry.

      Can I exchange or cancel?

      Tickets for dated events are neither exchangeable nor refundable. In the event of an official cancellation by the organizer, your order will be fully refunded.
